Classes

Pia offers classes for every level, and each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

All classes and private sessions are held on Squash Court 1.

All classes include various props such as foam rollers, magic circles, chi balls and therabands to name a few. Mats and equipment are provided for your convenience.

For hygiene reasons, you may feel more comfortable bringing your own mat or towel to overlay on the mat provided.

Class times

Foundational exercises to get an understanding of Pilates movements. These exercises will be precise and effective. 

Here you will be able to modify to your level as Pia will include more advanced Pilates exercises. You will be challenged!

Fitness Screening

The famous Pilates fitness screening designed by Polestar Pilates allows the instructor to assess your functional movement and set goals and focus. This is complimentary if you book a class or private session. It is a must if you have never done Pilates before. 

Private Sessions

If classes are not for you then a one-on-one training session is more suitable. In your first session, Pia will include the 30 minute fitness screening before you start to exercise. If you want to bring a partner or a friend, a private session may be split between two people.
